Stable routes at peak hours
Between 20:00 and 24:00 the cross-border link is at its busiest. International routes run on dedicated channels scheduled separately from public exits, so they don't compete for the same bandwidth.
International route subscription service
110+ countries / 160+ routes, monthly plans from ¥9.9 with 60GB, unlimited simultaneous devices, 14-day refund.
Service capabilities
From route quality and privacy policy to device limits and refund terms, each item below is broken out so you can match it against your own use case.
Streaming that stays connected
Services like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini ask more of a network than an ordinary website: the login stage looks at where the exit IP is registered, and the conversation stage needs a long-lived connection — if the stream breaks, the answer has to be regenerated. Round-trip latency and packet loss on the route decide the experience. VPNUJ keeps low-hop direct routes with fixed exits for these tools, cutting mid-session reconnects.

The account keeps only the data billing and traffic accounting need; sites visited and connection content are not logged. After a subscription expires, data is cleared on the schedule set out in the privacy policy.
One account can sign in on phone, tablet, computer and router at the same time, with no per-device charge. Sharing at home or running several machines in an office needs no extra seats.
01
Cross-border links are most prone to jitter between 20:00 and 24:00, when public bandwidth at international exits is saturated. VPNUJ puts its main routes on dedicated channels scheduled separately from public exits, so round-trip latency varies less during the evening peak. If a route misbehaves, the client lets you switch to a backup in the same region — no new purchase, no waiting for a human. Keeping several routes per region is exactly how that switch stays cheap.
02
The account system needs only a username and password; sign-up collects no email address, so there are no verification or recovery emails creating extra data trails. Billing keeps order amount, activation date and traffic usage for reconciliation and refunds; browsing records and connection content are not retained. The privacy policy states how long each category is kept and how it is deleted, and the wording matches what the pages show — no ambiguous phrasing.
03
One account can be signed in on phone, tablet, computer and router at once, with no per-device charge. Several people at home or multiple office machines need no extra seats. Each device picks its own route in the client without affecting the others: the phone on a Japan route for video while the laptop sits on a US route for a meeting, neither crowding the other. There is no cap on device count; real-world experience depends on local bandwidth and the load on the route you pick.
04
Services such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot and Cursor place different demands on the network at login and during a conversation: login depends on the exit IP's registration and history, while conversation relies on long-lived connections and streaming output. With many hops and high packet loss, answers stall halfway and have to be regenerated. VPNUJ keeps direct routes with fixed exits for these services, reducing mid-session reconnects. API calls leave through the same exit as the web app, so CLI and IDE plugin scenarios are covered too.
05
Netflix, Disney+, YouTube and HBO decide your region from the exit IP, so cross-region access may show only part of the catalogue. The route list marks regions that support 4K streaming; picking those makes it easier to get the full catalogue and high bitrates. 4K playback needs far more bandwidth than browsing, so pair it with the 250GB tier or above. What you can actually watch is decided by the platforms and shifts with licensing and risk controls; what the route side guarantees is a stable exit region.

Within 14 days of the first payment you can request a full refund without giving a reason. Open a ticket with the order number and the refund goes back along the original payment path. This rule sits in the terms of service and matches the figures shown on the plans page and the homepage. Separately purchased data packs last until used and never expire; they are counted apart from the monthly subscription cycle and do not lapse when a subscription ends. Subscription traffic resets monthly on the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by the difference over the remaining days.
Route coverage
110+ countries / 160+ routes. The table below lists some commonly used regions as a reference; the full list is grouped by region inside the client.
| Country / region | City | Route type | Streaming |
|---|---|---|---|
| Asia-Pacific | |||
| Japan | Tokyo | IEPL dedicated | 4K Streaming |
| Singapore | Singapore | Relay | 4K Streaming |
| Hong Kong | Hong Kong | IEPL dedicated | 4K Streaming |
| North America | |||
| United States | Los Angeles | IEPL dedicated | 4K Streaming |
| United States | Seattle | Relay | — |

| Switzerland | Zurich | Direct | — |
| Germany | Frankfurt | Relay | 4K Streaming |
Choose routes by purpose. For AI tools, favour the direct-flagged Japan, Singapore or US West Coast routes: fewer hops, lower round-trip latency, and streaming output that rarely breaks. For 4K streaming, pick regions marked as streaming-capable in the route list — a fixed exit makes the full catalogue easier to reach. Everyday browsing and office work are fine on relay routes: bandwidth is sufficient and the price matches the dedicated tier. A region usually has several routes, so you can switch through them in the client and find the one performing best at that hour.
There are three route types. IEPL dedicated routes run on their own channel and don't share the international exit with other users, so latency varies least at peak hours — good for video meetings and real-time collaboration. Relay routes land on a relay node near the exit before heading abroad, which costs less and suits everyday browsing and large downloads. Direct routes go straight out from your local connection, the shortest path, and suit latency-sensitive work — but they depend heavily on your local ISP's international exit quality, so performance can differ between broadband providers.
Regions in the route list are grouped by continent, each marked with city, route type and streaming support. The same city may have both dedicated and relay routes, distinguished by different names in the client. Switching routes needs no re-login and does not interrupt the current subscription; new connections use the new exit immediately. If a whole region performs poorly, move to a neighbouring one — cross-border paths often detour less than you'd expect.

Plans and pricing
Traffic resets monthly on the activation date; mid-cycle upgrades are prorated over the remaining days. The only difference between the three tiers is the traffic allowance — routes and platform support are identical.

¥9.9/month with 60GB suits one person's daily use: browsing, email and the occasional video usually fit inside 60GB a month. ¥18/month with 250GB suits streaming or two people sharing — 4K video burns roughly 7GB an hour, so 250GB covers long stretches of high-bitrate playback. ¥28/month with 500GB suits households with several devices, frequent large downloads, or a client left connected for hours; the unlimited-devices rule pays off most at this tier.
Data packs are counted separately from monthly subscriptions, last until used and never expire. Three tiers: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB, for people who don't want a monthly renewal and just need a top-up now and then. A pack isn't tied to a cycle — buy another when it runs out — and it doesn't lapse when a subscription ends. Subscribers can stack packs on top; neither overrides the other.
Subscription traffic resets monthly on the activation date — activate on the 5th and it resets on the 5th of the next month. Upgrading from a lower tier mid-cycle prorates the difference over the remaining days, so you don't pay for a whole extra month. Payment is by Alipay, WeChat or USDT; the subscription takes effect immediately after payment, and the subscription link and client downloads are in the user panel. Sign-up needs only a username and password — no email address.
About the service
Cross-border network services usually differ not on the marketing page but at a few concrete points: whether routes are dedicated, whether speeds drop at peak hours, how much the account system collects, and whether the refund terms are written clearly.
VPNUJ is a subscription-based cross-border network service billed by traffic tier. It doesn't sell lifetime plans or one-off node packs. That model ties revenue directly to long-term usability: routes have to be maintained for users to renew. In return, users don't prepay years for a one-time promise — pay monthly, judge monthly, move on if it doesn't fit.
The price structure is deliberately simple: three monthly tiers plus three data packs, no hidden acceleration add-ons and no separate device-seat fees. Simultaneous devices are unlimited, so a household shares at no extra cost. Payment keeps three options — Alipay, WeChat and USDT — covering the channels commonly used in mainland China as well as crypto. The subscription takes effect immediately after payment; the subscription link and client downloads live in the user panel, not in an email.
The account system asks only for a username and password; sign-up collects no email address. That is uncommon among comparable services, most of which require email verification and then send notification mail. One less data entry point is one less place that can leak. Billing keeps order amount, activation date and traffic usage for reconciliation; browsing records and connection content are not retained.
Route maintenance is ongoing work. Cross-border link quality shifts with carrier scheduling, international exit congestion and platform risk controls, so the same route can perform very differently at different hours. VPNUJ maintains several backup routes per region that you can switch through in the client without waiting for a manual config change. This matters most at peak hours and around holidays, and it is why dedicated channels are scheduled separately from public exits.
The refund terms sit in the terms of service: 14-day refund, no reason needed, matching the figure shown on the plans page. Data packs last until used and never expire, counted apart from the subscription cycle. None of these carry extra conditions, and no reason is required when you apply.
